“Show me the unit economics.”
The Investor Meeting
You had a great conversation. They were interested. Then they asked for the financial model. You sent an Excel you built yourself. They never replied.
Fundraising Readiness & Financial Model
Most businesses lose investors, banks and partners — not because the business is weak, but because the document that represents it cannot survive scrutiny. I build the business plan and financial model that holds.
Common Situations
01“Show me the unit economics.”
You had a great conversation. They were interested. Then they asked for the financial model. You sent an Excel you built yourself. They never replied.
“Please resubmit with projections.”
They asked for a business plan. You wrote something. They said it was not sufficient. Now you don't know what "sufficient" looks like.
“Can you send us your company overview?”
You want to enter Dubai or Europe. The distributor asked for a company profile and financial overview. You have nothing structured to send.
The Real Problem
02Most founders know their business — the customers, the product, the margins. What they don't have is a structured argument, one that translates what they know into a document that survives a serious investor or bank conversation. That translation is the work.
What I Build
03A complete investor-ready business plan with a fully integrated financial model — built for Seed and Series A conversations, bank applications, and international partner presentations.
Founders preparing for Seed or Series A, SMEs applying for bank financing, or businesses entering new markets needing a credibility document.
For those who have the narrative but not the numbers. Built from your actual operational assumptions and stress-tested under three scenarios.
Founders with a pitch deck needing the financial layer, or businesses whose existing model was challenged in due diligence.
How It Works
04Before writing a single number, I interview you on operational mechanics — sales process, conversion rates, pricing logic, cost structure. The model is only as strong as its inputs.
I build the financial model structure — revenue engine, cost structure, cash flow mechanics — before populating any numbers. A model that breaks when one assumption changes is not a financial model.
The model is built and immediately tested against harder assumptions. The sensitivity analysis is not an add-on — it's built into the model structure.
The financial model and the business plan narrative must tell exactly the same story. I review both for consistency before delivery.
Documents are delivered with a live walkthrough — every section of the plan and every tab of the model. You must understand your own numbers before the investor meeting.
